At Kilkenny golf club chef Barry Joyce and his team provide daily specials and full menus delivered through local suppliers, with a large emphasis on fresh and seasonal ingredients. Fresh seafood, steaks, Mediterranean and ethnic cuisine feature regularly. Open to members and non-members, menus devised to suit all requirements. Classics, societies and open days receive menus to suit all.

On our Daily Specials board the following dishes feature on a regular basis: Seafood Pies, Beer Batter Haddock, Herb Crust Hake, Braised Lamb Shanks, Pork Belly with Cider Cream and Rib Beef with Root Vegetables and Hot Pot with Puff Pastry to mention but a few. We use Prime Angus Striploin Steaks of the highest quality. Fresh Soup and Speciality Sandwiches are prepared daily as are our Brunch Specials.
