The remaining prizes will include green fees for a Fourball in venues such as Mount Juliet, Rosslare, Gowran, Waterford, The Royal Curragh and many, many more. Full details are available from the Bar in the Clubhouse.

Saturday Gents Crosscard
Check-in time for this Saturdays Crosscard is up to 12.45 for a shotgun start at 13.00
Club Caterer Bray Joyce has a special Crosscard Menu available for all those hungry golfers.

Buggies
It has been brought to our attention that some members who use buggies are driving buggies on to the approaches of greens and in some cases on to the fringes of greens. Buggies should be kept at least five metres from the edge of greens.
We were forwarded a photo today, of a buggy, practically on the 16th green.
This cannot and will not be tolerated going forward.

Course News
Due to the completion of the shrubbery planting earlier this week the scheduled session planned for tomorrow (Wednesday) has been cancelled.
Once again a big thank you to the regular volunteers who assisted in the planting programme.

Ropes & Stanchions
If your ball comes rest near the ropes or stanchions and your swing is impeded, relief may be taken by dropping away from the ropes not nearer the hole.
If your subsequent shot hits the ropes or stanchion there is no further relief and it is considered as “a rub of the green”, with players required to play their next shot from where the ball landed.
